Duke’s House of Bowls is a chef-crafted kitchen that serves up refined comfort bowls inspired by various cultural cuisines. We provide high quality, great tasting comfort bowls with cultural flavors in our own unique style at a fraction of the cost.

Duke was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii and came to NY in 2000. He brings his 37 years in the food industry along with his cultural ‘aloha’ and experience in the culinary arts to his new venture. He is a dedicated local leader in creating exemplary cuisine with his spirit of aloha shining through in his food and in his service. As a native Hawaiian, he effortlessly infuses contemporary dishes with vibrant flavors and colors that are inspired by his upbringing. His bowls are best described as fresh, flavorful and fulfilling. The menu offers his take on various cultural cuisines. So, whatever the mood or taste, one is sure to find culinary pleasure and comfort in a meal created by Duke.
