FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Duke takes care of the cooking and sourcing of ingredients. We will work specifically with local farmers to source the highest quality ingredients that produce beef, poultry, pork and lamb.

There are 2 ways you can order:

1.  You can call and phone your order in, or

2. You can go to our website/app, go to section Pickup and Delivery

We all know things happen and can go wrong sometimes, please accept our apologies that your order was not to your liking. We would love the opportunity to do the right thing. Send us an email at contact@dukeshouseofbowls.com and we get this sorted out.

Our operation will not have any nuts in our bowls. A majority of the ingredients will be gluten free(GF) and dairy free(DF). There are symbols indicating after each dish that are free of certain allergens.
